Neosho County Community College, located in Chanute, Kansas, selected the CampusHelp's After Hours IT Help Desk Support, to provide IT support when on-campus staff is out for the night, weekend or holiday.

As the college experience extends past the average school day, there are a significant number of students and faculty using NCCC’s IT support services after business hours. This makes it vital for NCCC to provide support to these and all users during evenings, weekends and holidays. The CampusHelp After Hours IT Help Desk Support will provide IT support agents as an extension to the Paine College on-campus staff during hours when they are typically limited or unavailable.

Support and advice will be accessible for the same problems resolved by the Neosho County Community College daytime staff, including:

  • LMS: Jenzabar® e-Learning®
  • Portal: Jenzabar® JICS®
  • Student Email: Google® Apps (@student.neosho.edu)
